  • Repeat after me... 👏🏼⁠ ⁠ Finding yourself on your healing journey usually means you move away from patriarchal and capitalist beliefs of scarcity, unworthiness and - you guessed it - linearity. But we all too often still expect ourselves, once we've addressed a limiting belief, done the chakra work, screamed it out in a forest, and breathed through it all, to be fully healed and able to move on. ⁠ ⁠ Sorry sister, that's just not how it works. 🤷🏼‍♀️⁠ ⁠ View your healing journey rather as a beautifully inward going spiral. In the middle, the essence, is you.   • What if we get to rewrite the fairytale? ⁠ What if Red Riding Hood befriends the Wolf?⁠ ⁠ Ah yes, of course we've been taught to fear the woods, to distrust the wolves, and to focus on fairies rather than darkness.⁠ ⁠ The trees remind of us of our wildness. ⁠ The wolves show us our intuition. ⁠ The darkness is where we find our light. ⁠ ⁠ So embrace it.   • To rewild, to me, means to return back to my own essence. To honour the divine connection between myself and Mother Earth. To see how my cycles and moods are inherently linked to the moon and the seasons. ⁠ ⁠ It's feeling the grass with my bare feet. ⁠ It's laughing out loud without holding back. ⁠ It's embracing life unapologetically. ⁠ It's living by the depths of my soul. Every day. ⁠ ⁠ What does rewilding mean to you?
