Every feel like your energy is just leaking all over the place? ⁠ Are you pouring from an empty cup? ⁠ Are external stimuli overwhelming the sh@t out of you? 😵⁠ ⁠ We often speak of 'open energy centers' when they're healthy, flowing and nourishing us. ⁠ But the other side of that coin is that the centers are open out of a defensive mechanism of our nervous system. ⁠ That we feel like we need to give, give, give in order to receive. ⁠ ⁠ This means that we can feel depleted, disconnected from ourselves and easily stressed. 🙅🏼‍♀️⁠ ⁠ So, what to do? ⁠ Get clear on where your energy may be leaking to. 🤔⁠ Are you overly trying to fit in sometimes? Feel like you have to hold in your words or suppress a creative nudge? ⁠ Try taking up a little more space, one step at the time, and see what may shift in your energy. My bet is that you'll feel a lot more nourished when you start to prioritise bathing in your own energy first, before you give it out to others. 🙏🏼⁠ ⁠ And if you'd like guidance on this, I currently have 2 more spots available to work with me as your intuitive mentor and energy healer.
