“What if there’s nothing to be figured out? What would it look like in this season of my life to just ‘be’?   I don’t think I’ve ever really figured out how to do that. […] I’ve always tried to keep busy. I’ve always had a plan for ‘what’s next’, and I guess for the first time in my life I’m feeling quite the opposite - to some capacity I do know what’s next, but there’s almost an active resistance to planning it.  I don’t need to know the how. I don’t want to know the how. I just want it to happen naturally and let it unfold as it wants to be.  Is this what going with the flow feels like?  I don’t know. I guess so. I think so. I want it to.”  - I published my first ever Substack piece yesterday, musing on my Saturn return, taking a step back from monetising my passions and unlimited supplies of gingerbread.

Seriously though, aren't we all craving a bit more space to breathe, be, laugh, feel good, feel seen, and feel happy?⁠

Let this be your reminder that this month, you can say no, you can prioritise yourself, you can lie down on the couch with a bag of crisps being unproductive AF (just me?). We're all just human, having this crazy, wild experience. What do you need to embrace all of it a little more this month? 🧡

Embracing our humanness doesn’t come easily to us.  Even when we find ourselves on the spiritual path, the journey can sometimes be met with expectations, frustration and ‘pushing through’ (hellooo toxic spirituality). 🙅🏼‍♀️

So here’s to your gentle rebellion era. Here’s to the small decisions you’re making every day that make you a little more supported, happier, loving. Here’s to prioritising yourself in a way that doesn’t feel completely destructive but actually supported. 🧡

Sure, sometimes we need to burn it all to the ground (hello tower card!).  But more often than not, our empowerment resides in finding gentleness, patience, compassion, laughter, and light through the cracks of our trembling foundation. 🙏🏼

You got this sister, and you’re most definitely not alone. ✨
