“Pff, if only I wasn’t so damn sensitive all the time!”
Ever sighed with frustration and thought that thought?
I’m with you sister. In our busy, hustly world, sensitivity is the very last thing that is helpful. When you want to keep up with the next best thing, filter through busy streets with noise, smells and lights, and scroll through flashy reels on social media, your open energy is far from supportive.
‘Why me?’ you may be thinking…
Well, as your fairy goddess mother (lol), let me tell you why the Universe gifted you with the power of sensitivity.
You’re meant to feel it all.
You’re meant to sense the energy in the room.
You’re meant to see the small details in life.
What you’re not meant to is soak up everyone else’s energy like it’s yours. You’re not meant to feel overwhelmed all the time. You’re not meant to cancel plans last minute and needing a full day to recover after a social outing or busy day at work.
your intuitive magic desires to come through...
Remember: our capitalist and patriarchal society have created frameworks that do not accommodate sensitive souls. Why?
Because your emphatic nature points you to your intuitive magic. The frameworks in place are dead-set on making you doubt and suppress anything and everything that have the ability to empower you.
So of course you think your sensitivity is a burden. It is. It’s a burden to those disempowering frameworks that we grow up in. It’s not a burden to your truest Self. It’s a blessing to who you’re becoming.
So next time you sigh with frustration about being overwhelmed and overstimulated, create some space to celebrate your sensitive nature. It’s the pathway to your feminine essence, your intuitive magic, your biggest empowerment. It’s the biggest rebellion in our desensitised world to feel a lot. So join me on this sacred journey of defying the norm!
I’m hosting a FREE workshop on March 9th, all about reclaiming your sensitivity as your superpower. Leave your email to sign up and join me live or catch the replay. See you there!
I’d love to hear how you’re dealing with your sensitive nature. Let me know in a comment below!
