Goodbye Good Girl
Kate's Testimonial:
"Goodbye Good Girl supports me because it creates a container for my spiritual journey, with the workshops and mentoring sessions structured around the full moon and new moon, which helps me to ritualise some of these practices around the moon cycle."

I chose to step into Goodbye Good Girl because of the self-paced nature of the program and the long-term commitment to empowerment – rather than a shorter journey, as I believe this journey is ongoing and takes time to shift deep-rooted conditioning. Also to shift good girl conditioning that has kept me stagnant and small.
I loved the community of Root to Rise in the past and how it had monthly rituals, and I felt like I shifted things, in particular inner child and root chakra themes when I did Embodied Empowerment… so in short, I have always felt deeply supported through the previous containers which is also why I joined.
Goodbye Good Girl supports me because it creates a container for my spiritual journey, with the workshops and mentoring sessions structured around the full moon and new moon, which helps me to ritualise some of these practices around the moon cycle. The workshops have provided me with guidance and knowledge on specific spiritual themes, and that there are specific self-care and embodiment practices related to that theme. The workbook provides an opportunity to go deeper and build that relationship with myself and see how the theme relates to my journey and shift some limiting beliefs.
I feel supported and guided. I’ve learned more about the nervous system, which has been valuable and provided me with a body-first approach to self-empowerment. I like that the workshops focus on one theme, and you can take your time to explore that theme and integrate the wisdom. I wanted something that was nurturing and supportive, and not something that felt like another thing on my to-do list so the structure of the monthly themes feels really nourishing and aligns with my lifestyle.
Leneth is also generous with her support and guidance, and I love the empowering approach to mentoring and seeing what resonates. The supportive community and how it feels like others are moving through similar things which helps me to feel like I belong and that I’m not alone on this journey.
I have found Goodbye Good Girl a supportive program with monthly workshops that have provided me with so much knowledge and wisdom that has helped me to shift some limiting beliefs that have kept me stuck and disempowered and aided me in developing a deeper connection with myself. I also love that it acknowledges privilege and takes an intersectional feminist approach to spirituality.
