dynamic rootedness and feeling it all
It’s a personal episode this week, talking all about my inner processes of wintering, mental health wobbles and sitting with grief and sadness.
The word of ‘belonging’ for 2021 continues to teach, inspire and hold me as I move through difficult times. Perhaps at the start of the year I expected this word to give me a static type of rootedness, desiring a specific outcome and expecting a sense of calm and presence from it. I have since learned that ‘belonging’ is dynamic. It’s a word in process, forever guiding me deeper inwards and growing deeper roots in different places of my Being.
As I say goodbye in different ways, I’m calling in space for new meanings of this word. Join me as I reflect on love, grief and everything in between as I look back on this year and hold space for what I’m moving through.
As always, thank you for giving me the space and safety to express myself in such a raw and vulnerable way. I am so grateful for this corner of the Internet xx

Moving with Grief (Feeling Love and Letting Go) – The Spiritual Feminist
[…] I had to say goodbye to my cat Nala last weekend. Due to parts of her behaviour worsening, I had to choose to rehome her. This decision did not come out of the blue, and it did not come lightly either. I had made the decision at the end of last year and had been in waiting mode ever since (listen to podcast episode #86 to hear the story). […]
