I invited my dear friend Lal Koyuncu on the podcast to talk about her Turkish heritage and how that has defined her outlook on spirituality. I think it is so important to realize that so many cultures carry beautiful traditions from which we can all learn. It’s so inspiring how Lal followed her intuition when she decided to study psychology, and she has some really inspiring thoughts on how she’d like to see the fields of science and spirituality combined. We dive deep into the theories of quantum physics and manifestation, and how we think we are all connected. We are all so much more alike each other than we are programmed to think – and Lal, with her beautiful Turkish heritage and mixed religion upbringing, and who has lived abroad for many years now, is the best person I know to confirm this.
