Description
Programme Policy
1.1 When signing up to Goodbye Good Girl (the programme) through the Spiritual Feminist with Leneth Witte (facilitator), the customer (you) agrees with the programme policy and the cancellation policy.
1.2 Signing up equals paying full investment up front or the first instalment of the offered payment plan. Only after this monetary exchange, the customer receives access to the programme and all its resources.
1.3 The programme contains resources and support that is offered on a frequent basis. The facilitator commits to the delivery of these resources on the offered and agreed dates. If, for any reason, this is not possible, this will be communicated through the appropriate channels.
1.4 The facilitator will never directly share notes or personal information of the customer with third parties, including social media, without consent.
1.5 The facilitator is not responsible for any particular result or outcome of the programme for the customer. Aside from the content and resources provided by the facilitator, the programme is also an active collaboration between customer and facilitator. The facilitator will do the utmost to offer guidance, healing and inspiration throughout. It is the customer’s responsibility to apply practices and insights to her life to create the desired change.
1.6 The facilitator acknowledges her responsibility to create a consensual and welcoming space. Upon signing up, the customer agrees to honour this by treating every other customer within the programme as they would like to be treated. The customer holds the responsibility for their own behaviour. A zero tolerance policy is active when it comes to treatment of and communication between customers. All contact and communication is aimed to be uplifting, empowering and healing.
1.7 If at any point, the customer does not experience the programme as productive, safe or appropriate, she has the right to express this to the facilitator. Together, the facilitator and customer will come to an appropriate solution.
Cancellation Policy
2.1 Upon making the first or full payment for the programme, the customer signs up to the length of the container (and payment plan if appropriate).
2.2 The Spiritual Feminist has a no-refund policy. Upon signing up, the customer agrees to pay the full investment or continue to pay in payment plans for the length of time it is offered.
2.3 Upon the customer signing up, the facilitator agrees to fulfil the resources and collaboration to the best of her ability. Both parties agree to honour the energetic exchange.
2.3 If due to personal circumstances the facilitator needs to pause the programme, the facilitator and customer will come to an appropriate solution concerning payments.
2.4. If due to personal circumstances or dissatisfaction from the customer, she needs to stop or cancel their participation in the programme, she and the facilitator will come to an appropriate solution. No refunds are available.
