I had the honour to co-host the ‘Inner Sovereignty’ retreat this year together with @drsarahcoxon, and it was such a dream come true to hold space for nine beautiful women, coming from all corners of the world, sharing energy, wisdom, vulnerability, laughter, food, sunshine and unconditional love. 🧡✨  It will never cease to amaze me the magic that unfolds when women come together in spaces like these, although I think @juwels_97 / @abraveheartscalling captured it beautifully in her piece of poetry that she wrote and we recorded at the retreat. 🙏🏼  Thank you, all of you, whether you attended the retreat or are listening to the podcast or are connected in this beautiful web of spirituality and sisterhood in any way. November can be whatever you need it to be. 🧡  Perhaps it’s the start of a season of rest for you - of figuring out what rest even means in this season of your life.  Perhaps it’s a moment to tend to your own needs, your own creativity, your deepest desires.  Perhaps it’s an opportunity to let your wildness out a little more in the dark cocoon of the shorter days.  November is here to hold you in her embrace.  In whatever way you need it most right now. ✨

“What if there’s nothing to be figured out? What would it look like in this season of my life to just ‘be’?   I don’t think I’ve ever really figured out how to do that. […] I’ve always tried to keep busy. I’ve always had a plan for ‘what’s next’, and I guess for the first time in my life I’m feeling quite the opposite - to some capacity I do know what’s next, but there’s almost an active resistance to planning it.  I don’t need to know the how. I don’t want to know the how. I just want it to happen naturally and let it unfold as it wants to be.  Is this what going with the flow feels like?  I don’t know. I guess so. I think so. I want it to.”  - I published my first ever Substack piece yesterday, musing on my Saturn return, taking a step back from monetising my passions and unlimited supplies of gingerbread.

Seriously though, aren't we all craving a bit more space to breathe, be, laugh, feel good, feel seen, and feel happy?⁠

Let this be your reminder that this month, you can say no, you can prioritise yourself, you can lie down on the couch with a bag of crisps being unproductive AF (just me?). We're all just human, having this crazy, wild experience. What do you need to embrace all of it a little more this month? 🧡
