It's the Solstice tomorrow, marking the transition from light to dark yet again. This week, I uploaded a personal podcast episode in which I explore the concept of freedom together with you. 🧡⁠ ⁠ I believe that freedom doesn't have as much to do with external circumstances, environment or money in the bank as we may think. 🤔⁠ I'm leaning more towards it being a feeling, a decision, an exploration. 💫⁠ ⁠ I've learned that what is often standing in the way of me feeling free is expectations and pressures I put on myself.
