I didn't know life could feel like this... ⁠ ⁠ In the past few months, an internal shift has taken place. ⁠ ✨ I feel abundant, regardless of how much money is in the bank. ⁠ ✨ I feel spacious, even though I literally moved into a tiny house together with my partner. ⁠ ✨ I feel connected to our community, even though all the offerings inside my heart aren't out into the world yet (coming soon!) and I've been more offline than ever. ⁠ ⁠ Somethings clicked into place, and I thank all the inner work of the past 6+ years for it. ⁠ ⁠ It's not so much the external changes that have provided this shift. I could still be knee deep into self doubt or scarcity, no matter the situation. It's not that. ⁠ ⁠ It's that I'm finally embodying where my mindset was - or wanted to be - all along. My nervous system can relax within all the change and open-mindedness of my current work & life situation. I feel confident about where I'm headed. I feel safe, secure and loved from within. ⁠ ⁠ Whew, I am so grateful for that. ⁠ And I wish the exact same for you. 🙏🏼⁠ ⁠ Is your heart craving this embodied and empowered change this year? 2022 - you've been so good to me! 🧡⁠ ⁠ With the first ever retreat, the move to the tiny house, and all of its lessons and blessings in between, I've absolutely loved this year. ⁠ ⁠ And I can feel that it's time to integrate these experiences even deeper in the time to come. ⁠ I'll be taking a bit of a break in posting regularly and creating, because I feel like there is so much that wants to be shared and offered that I need to sit with that first. ⁠ ⁠ From January onwards you can check out all the details for the July retreat I'll be hosting with @drsarahcoxon & when I'll be back it'll be with an incredible community-based virtual experience too. I can feel it brewing. It just needs beautiful, luscious and indulgent time, patience and tending. ⁠ ⁠ I'll see you very soon & for now, have a wonderful end to 2022 and a magical start to 2023. ✨ So much love for you, sister x

A word of the year can be a great anchor to reinspire your intentions through the 12 months. ⁠ ⁠ But that can also feel like a lot of pressure on just 1 simple word! ⁠ ⁠ So what if the process has less to do with 'choosing' the 'perfect' one and more about calling in what feels most supportive for the direction you'd like to take this year? ⁠ ⁠ I always get a lot of questions about choosing a word of the year around this time, especially because I've made it our tradition to record a yearly podcast on it (which is now up!). But I can hardly ever give you a good answer on the process of choosing it because to me, it's not really a choice. The word comes to me, usually a few weeks or even months before the previous year closes, and I dance with it for a bit before my heart will anchor on it. ⁠ ⁠ It's an intuitive process in collaboration with the Universe. ⁠ So my invitation for you if you're craving to settle on a word for the new year, is to plant a seed with the energy around you to show you some options. Stay open to words, sentences, and energy flowing your way after you've done that. Let's make a self care list together...! 🙏🏼⁠ ⁠ In a mentoring call the other week my client expressed how sometimes she felt overwhelmed when she had time to herself. Even in her down time, she felt the pressure to be productive and 'make the most of it'. ⁠ ⁠ Gah... can't we all relate?! 😞⁠ ⁠ During the session, I invited her to create a list of 5 things that made her heart feel good. Things such as journaling, reading, and guided meditations. And then we created a practice around how she could enjoy these things without feeling like there was a right or wrong way to do so, and instead, invited her to focus on what felt good & what expanded her heart in that moment. ⁠ We journeyed back to what felt pretty damn good, without there needing to be expectation or pressure. 👏🏼⁠ ⁠ This is hard work. Deep work. Healing work. 🧡⁠ It sounds so simple, but sometimes reading a book without being distracted or creating a nr.-of-pages-goal is the most rebellious thing you can do for your empowerment journey. 🔥⁠ ⁠ If you have a list (or would like to create one), let me know what nourishes your heart!
