In a world that demands so much of us, it is truly a sacred rebellion to turn your attention to yourself... 🔥⁠ ⁠ There's a new podcast episode up, in which I chat to my good friend @marissa.mignone.doula about her passion for guiding women through the process of pregnancy, birth and postpartum as both a doula and a specialised yoga teacher. 🧡⁠ ⁠ I've known Marissa for over two years now and even though our lives take place on opposite ends of the world, we always have found so much resonance in each other's stories and strengths. New Moon in Virgo vibes anyone? 👀⁠ ⁠ This moon phase, amidst all the structuring and planning that Virgo brings, I invite you to lean into the feminine energy of the moon a little deeper.⁠ ⁠ 💥 What if structure can be expansive, rather than pressuring?⁠ 💫 And what if your routine gets to be your ritual? ⁠ ⁠ It's all about the approach & the phrasing. ⁠ ✨ Scratch anything with 'should' or 'have to', and rather see what you would 'like to' and 'intend to'. ⁠ ✨ And see where in your busy planning mode, you can lean into 'being' rather than just 'doing'. ⁠ ⁠ May this be your personal reminder (and mantra!) to infuse these upcoming days with some extra gentle self care and feminine flow.
