What if you could slow down here? What if you could breathe and just be? What if you could rest your nervous system and calm your mind? What if you could root into the belief that taking your time is safe? 🙏🏼

Urgency is a construct created by those who believe in the hustle and profit over people.  We get to create a different framework - a different narrative - a different Truth for ourselves. 🔥

What if taking your time is actually the most empowering thing you can do? ⏰

This is also why Goodbye Good Girl (my group programme) is mostly self-paced (with hands-on and live support by me, of course!) with life-time access.  This isn’t about the three-step-process towards empowerment.
