You have the knowledge of your past - which requires deep reflection and shadow work - and your dreams and intentions for the future - which show you the way of your highest Self, or your ego, depending on where you're at 😉. ⁠ ⁠ But the now is where it's at. ⁠ 👇🏼 In the now, you can take aligned action. ⁠ 👇🏼 In the now, you can heal and dream and run wild. ⁠ 👇🏼 In the now, you are. ⁠ ⁠ So arrive, beautiful soul. Arrive in your own Being, in your own Self, in your present moment, and celebrate it for all the potency that it is. 🧡⁠ ⁠ With love, ⁠ Leneth x

Dear sister, ⁠ In this harsh, unfair world, it is no wonder you have put up your armour. ⁠ Armour to protect you from injustice, danger, hurt, pressure and judgment. ⁠ ⁠ But what if this armour is also limiting your ability to receive love, appreciation, intuitive messages, laughter and abundance? 🧡⁠ ⁠ What if protection means shedding your armour to reveal your bare bones, open heart and vulnerable soul - all the while training your intuitive trust muscle? ⁠ What if protection actually means feeding your Self deeply and living in alignment from the inside out? ⁠ ⁠ It's not easy to live a life with your arms wide open in this contracting world, but you're not here to dismiss expansion and happiness. Happy New Year & New Moon! ✨⁠ ⁠ What a wild time to be alive. ⁠ ⁠ Where 2021 gave me love, laughter, tears, grief, uncertainty and trust, I am ready for 2022 to level me up, to go deep, to live unbound. 🔥⁠ ⁠ An excerpt from my latest blogpost:⁠ ⁠ "As you probably know, one of my deepest spiritual beliefs is that we are all energetically interconnected. It’s what I base my energy healings on and what makes me aware of signs and synchronicities. It’s what helps me to surrender to the larger plan that the Universe has in store for me, even (or especially) when I don’t see what will come next. ⁠ ⁠ And yet. ⁠ And yet, my word for 2022 is going to be ‘unbound’. ⁠ Not unbound to the people I love, the sense of Self I have built and my deep, intuitive connection to the Universe. but…⁠ ☽ Unbound to the limiting expectations I have internalised (still). ⁠ ☽ Unbound to my inner good girl, trying to play it safe. ⁠ ☽ Unbound to the fears and anxieties that ruled a large part of 2021. ⁠ ⁠ A part of me is almost afraid of choosing this word. Unbound is the strongest word I’ve ever chosen. 👀⁠ ⁠ The divine timing is there to step into a new year with unapologetic energy, embracing divine masculine energy as well as feminine, to come at the world in full force and the deepest commitment to release limiting beliefs and internalised conditionings on an even deeper level than before." ⁠ ⁠ I am ready. Happy 2022 beautiful soul. 🔮✨⁠ ⁠ May this year bring us deep connection within and with-out, moments to celebrate ourselves, strong boundaries and an ignited inner fire. ⁠ ⁠ And may we never, ever, forget how beautifully interconnected we all are. In a lost and broken world, true beauty is found in the significant weaving of our lives. ⁠ ⁠ As I close 2021 with deep gratitude and open 2022 with wide excitement, I quote the queen Mary Oliver: ⁠ ⁠ "Sometimes the desire to be lost again, as long ago, comes over me like a vapor. With growth into adulthood, responsibilities claimed me, so many heavy coats. I didn’t choose them, I don’t fault them, but it took time to reject them. Now in the spring I kneel, I put my face into the packets of violets, the dampness, the freshness, the sense of ever-ness. Something is wrong, I know it, if I don’t keep my attention on eternity. May I be the tiniest nail in the house of the universe, tiny but useful. May I stay forever in the stream. May I look down upon the windflower and the bull thistle and the coreopsis with the greatest respect. ⁠ [...]⁠ Attention is the beginning of devotion." ⁠ ⁠ And so it is. 🧡⁠ ⁠ With love, ⁠ Leneth x
